Session 1: Initial Consultation (50 minutes)

• Comprehensive review of your military leadership career and accomplishments

• Create your personalized transition strategy

Before Next Session: Complete intake survey including current resume(s), LinkedIn link, and SkillBridge plans if applicable.

Session 2: Timeline Planning with SkillBridge Exploration (50 minutes)

• Map your ETS/EAS date, terminal leave, and separation timeline

• Explore SkillBridge search strategies if you're still on active duty

• Create adjustable timeline sheet that adapts as your plans evolve

• Identify critical decision points and application deadlines

• Develop contingency plans for various scenarios

Between Sessions: I'll review your timeline. You'll research SkillBridge opportunities or begin job search activities based on your status.

Session 3: Resume Bullet Master Creation (75 minutes)

• Build your Master Resume Bullet Document capturing your leadership experience

• Learn to translate military NCO/officer leadership into civilian management language

• Review possible position timelines, bullets, skillset categories, and job posting interest links

• Master frameworks for quantifying leadership impact and operational results

• Create the foundation for tailoring resumes to different opportunities

• Receive tailored resume templates customized to your target roles

Between Sessions: You'll develop your bullet points and skillset categories. I'll review your materials and provide detailed feedback.

Session 4: Job Search Strategies for Leaders (50 minutes)

• Develop job search strategies for management and leadership positions

• Understand defense contractor opportunities and how clearances provide advantages

Session 5: LinkedIn Profile Optimization & Networking (60 minutes)

• Complete your "LinkedIn Profile Basics" guide to understand best practices

• Build and optimize your professional LinkedIn profile together during our session

• Learn optimization techniques for recruiter searches and visibility

• Master networking strategies including outreach and relationship-building

• Develop talking points for informational interviews and connections

• Create sustainable networking habits for your career

Between Sessions: I'll review your LinkedIn for optimization opportunities and create additional networking points for our next meeting.

Session 6: Interview Prep with Job-Specific Q&A (60 minutes)

• Review and practice "General Interview Questions" materials

• Practice leadership-level behavioral and situational interview questions

• Master storytelling techniques that demonstrate management capability

• Prepare for job-specific questions in your target career field

• Receive career field-specific interview Q&A tailored to your goals

• Develop salary negotiation strategies for management positions

Between Sessions: You'll practice your responses. I'll create additional career-specific Q&A materials.

Session 7: Wrap-Up - Final Preparation (50 minutes)

• Review all materials you've sent regarding concerns or needs for this meeting

• Address any remaining transition questions or challenges

• Review and strategize for specific opportunities, interviews, or offers

• Discuss SkillBridge status if applicable

• Practice offer negotiation and resignation conversations
